The outside area of the property is divided into two levels. To the left is the lawned garden with many trees and flowers. Sit on the comfortable terrace furniture and enjoy the unique view of the sea and the Corfu olive grove. The eye wanders to the Ionian, Ypsos, Dasia and the villages in the interior of Corfu. The small islands of Lazaretto and Vido catch your eye while a little further on you can see the old town with the two fortresses dominating.

The view continues to the south of Corfu and some days it reaches the island of Paxos. On the upper level, to the right, is an outdoor dining area, sheltered by a gazebo. The view of the island and the sea from the spot makes it ideal for your meals. A little further on we find the barbecue and a recreation area for all ages. Children can play on a small playground while adults can have fun on the ping pong table. In the central area of 300 square meters is the large family infinity pool and the lounge bar around it. Framed by trees and flowers and bordered by safety glass so that the view is not obstructed, the pool area is going to enchant you. All the magic of Corfu is in front of you. Many of our guests have described the view from the villa, as if they are floating above the island and the sea feeling an incredible peace beyond spaces.
