Villa Dalida is ideally located right above the long sandy beach of Elia with uninterrupted views of the Aegean! A wonderful villa that follows the Cycladic architecture, complemented by some colorful and joyous elements that create a very homey feeling. Villa Dalida is a modern multiple-level villa with a design that has been well thought in every detail.
Being part of a gated estate with private properties, the villa offers a great sense of security and it of course offers privacy.
The main kitchen, dining and living area are in the main entrance level, whereas at the same level there is also an independent guest house with kitchenette, living room and en-suite bathroom.
At the lower level of the villa we find 5 bedrooms, 1 of which is suitable for staff as it has a small bed and no natural lighting.
The pool area is of 400 sqm and here is where everything happens! With the pool of 65 sqm and its lovely outdoor living area and barbeque, is the more beloved spot of the house.
Being at just a few minutes’ drive from Elia beach and a short drive to Ano Mera and Mykonos town, makes this property ideal for a family and friends’ vacation.
