Minimal and quiet, rooted in heritage. Originally built in the 1960s by a Greek shipowner. Drawn by the raw beauty and simplicity of island life, long before tourism reached Ios. He found a hillside and built a minimal, distinct home, inspired by Cycladic pigeon houses. A personal retreat, respectfully restored.
