The villa sits on two acres of land and is a 5-minute walk on a paved path to a semi-private beach, shared mostly by the surrounding homes. This is the perfect place for families with young children to unwind and spend quality time together, whether it be enjoying the view, relaxing on the deck, enjoying a nice meal in the cozy outdoor BBQ area or getting active by swimming in the pool, playing football on the open lawn or playing basketball on the half-court. The town of Porto Heli is a 5-minute drive and the island of Spetses is a taxi boat away. Our home is the perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime!
