In the middle floor you will find the impressive dining area supplied with a large, wooden table for 12 people. The amazing sea view will dominate your vision while enjoying your meal. At the other side there is a large and relaxing living room decorated with minimal furniture, atmospheric lightning and the perfect sound system for relaxation and entertainment. On the ground level just check the room under the stairs and be surprised with the rocky scenery and the bar.
Villa Felicia offers an independent guest house at the pool area with incredible sunrise views and a guest suite with its own veranda on the back yard of the house.
