A brand-new estate on the island of Kea, located at a secluded area on the top of a hill offering mesmerizing views to the Aegean.
The whitewashed facades and the local stone walls, combined with the natural oak tree surroundings, make Villa Lianne the perfect setting for a peaceful stay and a memorable vacation.
The villa is split in various levels; on the ground floor there are the living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms, two of which are like a loft, connected through a small stair. On the upper level there is an office with 2 computers available for guests and a built-in sofa. The lower level is for fun and pleasure; a gym, a hammam, ta able tennis, a wine cellar and a playroom are all located here, where there are also two double sofa beds that can be used for extra guests.
The villa also has an independent guesthouse with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor areas seem to be coming out of a movie scene; wonderful landscape, a lake-shaped swimming pool surrounded by rocks, a beautiful dining table and bar, and the endless views to the Aegean. The best setting to relax, spend time with your loved ones and discover one of the less famous yet much to offer Cycladic islands!
