Villa Necessity is a brand new villa, which was built in 2019. Nestled in an enchanting landscape idyllically situated in the scenic area of Kastro in the effervescent island of Mykonos.
The property extends on a large plot of 2.260m2 overlooking the western Aegean Sea and Syros island. The villa is 5 minutes from Agios Stefanos beach, enjoying spectacular sunset, sea view, and island views; while it has all the advantages of being in quiet and secluded urroundings, just a 8 minute drive from Mykonos town.
Villa Necessity provides 6 en-suite bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. More specifically, consists of three sections, the two levels Main House, the Lower Level, the Independent Guest House. Each section enjoys large exterior lounging areas, pergolas and patios so that privacy of each guest is guaranteed beyond spaces.
