The property is identical to the adjacent villa Juana and can be rented separately or jointly to accommodate large intergenerational groups and large group of friends.

All the lights, the heating system, the cooling system and the audio visual of master bedroom, living room and external area can be controlled by a mobile phone or an iPad.
