This is a show-stopper of a house. Beautiful, brand new, with ultra sophisticated yet natural design and decor, 7 ultra pampering ensuite bedrooms and divinely glamorous outdoor areas on the water in Milos - we have been waiting for something like this for years. A little path leads from the pool terrace down to a wonderful sunken fire-pit terrace beyond which and via a public footpath lies a picture-perfect swimming cove with a tiny beach shared with a cluster of iconic "Syrmata" - the gaily painted converted boat garages of Milos, the new villas above, and a little church. The property boasts spectacular sunset views over the gulf of Milos.
The expansive living spaces sleekly fuse indoors and outdoors with sliding glass walls and mirrors, so that the extraordinary landscape of Milos is reflected or glimpsed wherever you look. - Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: (1st floor) can also be accessed via a separate entrance from the parking area at ground level without stairs. All bedrooms have sea views and share a living room / games area (PlayStation and various table games)
- Bedroom 5: (ground floor, a few steps down) has a double bed which can be made up as 2 singles, no view but opens up to cour anglaise, W/C for general use
- Bedroom 6: (ground floor, a few steps up) - has a double bed which can be made up as 2 singles, no views but opens up to cour anglaise and is next to the live-in staff quarters
- 1 Separate Guest House. Bedroom 7: separately located next to the entrance of the main house, has no views. Glass front sitting area
