The interior of the villa offers spaces with high quality designer fournitures throughout. The various modern shades of colour thoughtfully used, enhance the overall minimal decor of the property. All bedrooms are individually furnished, while the four bedrooms cited on the lower level have direct access to a wide patio with gorge and sea views. The entry level master bathroom has its own terrace with sunbeds offering sweeping views of the Cretan sea, the gorge and the Akrotiri peninsula. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, under-floor cooling/heating and can fully accommodate 10 people.

Outdoors, the oversized 60m2 infinity pool overlooks the crystal clear, blue sea waters below and multi-level terraces afford striking views and provide unforgettable experiences.

The villa is carefully designed to nestle into its surroundings, and is almost carved into the rocks of a seafront gorge above a small cove and pebble beach. It is surrounded by wild unspoiled nature and sits beside the endless blue Sea of Crete and has a natural access to a pebble shoreline below.

Whilst the villa setting is totally secluded, it is only 5 minutes away from Kokkino Horio and the village of Plaka with tavernas and mini-markets, ideally located between the historic Venetian cities of Chania and Rethymnon and is only 45 minutes from Chania airport.

The villa is the perfect location for daily excursions to southern Crete or the hundreds of amazing places such as Balos, Akrotiri and the protected nature reserve, Elafonissi island beach.
