Villa Rosalia is a newly constructed property in a small hilltop in the island of Tinos, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the nearby small villages. Constructed as a farm building over 100 years ago, with unique style, it has been carefully restored.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Filled with built-in double beds, wooden ceiling with ceiling fans, charming decoration offering a light, airy and relaxing atmosphere that is mirrored in the lovely outdoor areas. Walls are white with polished cement floorings giving a minimalized atmosphere.
The villa is down to its last detail designed to induce a sense of ultimate relaxation. There is also an optional independent cell bungalow for two guests with en-suite shower room.
