Villa Selma is ideally situated close to the Chora of Patmos and to the breathtaking beaches of Groikos and Petra. The villa enjoys amazing views to the Chora and the Monastery of Patmos and a front row seat to sunset and sunrise. The architecture of the property follows the local aesthetics and norms combining minimal island elements with the local stone and interior designs of courtyards.
The interior of the house combines local ethnic style with modern lines while space and amenities offer a cozy and bohemian aura. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with two single beds each served by 3 bathrooms one with bathtub and two with shower (one of which with hydro-massage). Bath and sea towels, sleepers, ecological shampoo and bubble bath are provided. A washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board, hair driers are also available to clients. The villa has central heating and parking.
